For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout this document and any related policy documents published by 92win:

To register and maintain an account on 92win, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis for as long as your account remains active:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 92win strictly prohibits access by individuals under the age of 21. We operate mandatory age verification procedures and reserve the right to request proof of age at any time.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) acting on your own behalf.
• You must not be a resident of a jurisdiction in which accessing online gambling services is prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of 92win is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or close family member of any employee of 92win or its affiliated companies, game providers, or technology partners.
• You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion arrangement on 92win or any other gambling platform.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current registration information. Providing false information — including a false date of birth — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure.

Once your 92win account is active, you assume full responsibility for all activity conducted through it. The following obligations apply to all registered players:

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any other person under any circumstances.
• You must notify 92win immediately via live chat or email if you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party or if your credentials have been compromised.
• Only one account is permitted per person, per household, and per shared device or IP address. 92win uses automated detection to identify duplicate account registrations. Where duplicates are found, all associated accounts may be suspended and balances held pending investigation.
• You must keep your account information — including contact details and payment method records — accurate and up to date. Outdated information that prevents verification or delays withdrawals is your responsibility to correct.
• You must not allow any third party to use your 92win account or to place wagers on your behalf. All activity on your account is assumed to have been conducted by the registered account holder.
• 92win reserves the right to close inactive accounts. An account is considered inactive if no login or wagering activity has been recorded for a period of 12 consecutive months. You will receive a notice prior to closure, at which point any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your verified payment method.

92win processes all transactions in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following terms govern all deposits and withdrawals made through the platform:

4.1 Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is Rs 300. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, although enhanced verification may be required for high-value transactions.
• Supported deposit methods include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL internet banking, UBL internet banking, Meezan Bank, and direct bank transfer.
• 92win does not charge fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, which are your responsibility.
• Funds deposited by a method other than those officially listed may be rejected. Only deposit using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

4.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawal requests are subject to successful KYC verification. First-time withdrawals will not be processed until identity and payment method verification is complete.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to the method's availability for outgoing transfers.
• JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically processed within a few hours of approval. Bank transfers to HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank are processed within one business day in most cases.
• 92win reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests that exceed standard thresholds or that exhibit patterns consistent with fraud or money laundering.
• Bonus funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal. Any attempt to withdraw before wagering requirements are met will result in the forfeiture of outstanding bonus funds.

92win offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and tournament prizes. All promotions are governed by these general bonus terms as well as the specific terms applicable to each individual promotion:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be satisfied before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated on the relevant promotion page.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino games, sports bets, and certain table games may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. Contribution rates are specified per promotion.
• Bonuses expire if wagering requirements are not met within the stated time limit. Upon expiry, outstanding bonus funds and any winnings generated from them will be removed from your account.
• A maximum withdrawal limit may apply to winnings derived from bonus funds. Where such a cap exists, it is stated on the promotion page before opt-in.
• 92win reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice. Any promotional offers that have already been accepted by a player at the time of modification will be honoured under the terms in force at the time of acceptance.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using coordinated wagering strategies to eliminate risk, or exploiting errors in bonus configurations — is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.

The following rules apply to all betting and gaming activity conducted on the 92win platform, including sports betting, live casino, slots, crash games, and fishing games:

6.1 Sports Betting

All sports bets placed on 92win — including cricket, PSL, football, UFC, and other available markets — are subject to the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. 92win reserves the right to void bets in the event of manifest pricing errors, data feed failures, or events that are cancelled, abandoned, or significantly altered from the format stated at the time of betting. Settlement of bets follows the official result as declared by the relevant governing body.

6.2 Casino Games

All casino games available on 92win — including slots, live dealer tables, roulette, blackjack, baccarat, Andar Bahar, and Teen Patti — use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer mechanics provided by licensed third-party game studios. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for each game are available from the game provider and reflect long-term statistical averages, not guaranteed returns on individual sessions.

6.3 Minimum and Maximum Bet Limits

Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by game and market. Individual game limits are displayed within each game interface or market listing. 92win reserves the right to adjust bet limits for specific players or markets at its discretion, including as a risk management measure.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 92win platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration or verification information.
• Using software, scripts, bots, or automated tools to interact with the platform in any manner not explicitly permitted.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or pricing errors. Any winnings derived from a known error must be reported to 92win immediately and will be voided.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players, including in live poker or tournament formats.
• Using the platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Charging back, reversing, or disputing legitimate deposits after wagers have been placed using those funds.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 92win customer support staff or other players in any communication channel.
• Attempting to access, modify, or interfere with 92win's systems, servers, or data in any unauthorised manner.

92win is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling for all players. We recognise that for a small number of individuals, gambling can become problematic, and we take our obligation to provide tools and support seriously.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered 92win players through their account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your 92win wallet. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and can only be increased after a mandatory cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Restrict the amount of time you spend on the platform per session. You will receive an alert when your limit is approaching and will be automatically logged out when it is reached.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 92win platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any 92win content without express written permission.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on 92win's platform or content.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any 92win software.
• Use the 92win brand, name, or logo in any third-party content, website, or marketing material without prior written authorisation.

Any unauthorised use of 92win's intellectual property will be pursued through all available legal remedies.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 92win's total liability to any player arising from or in connection with these Terms, the platform, or the services — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount of real-money funds deposited by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

92win shall not be liable for any of the following, whether direct or indirect, regardless of the form of action:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity arising from use of the platform.
• Interruptions to the platform due to scheduled maintenance, technical failures, or events beyond 92win's reasonable control.
• Delays or failures in transaction processing attributable to third-party payment providers, including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or banking institutions.
• Losses resulting from a player's failure to maintain the security of their account credentials.
• Inaccuracies in sports data feeds or live score information that do not affect the final official result used for bet settlement.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit 92win's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 92win holds its international gaming license. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms, your account, or your use of the 92win platform shall first be referred to 92win's customer support team for informal resolution.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days of being raised, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant regulatory authority under which 92win operates. Players retain any rights they may have under the consumer protection laws of their country of residence that cannot be contracted out of.

92win reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. The version date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect player rights, obligations, or financial terms — registered players will be notified via the email address on their account or via an in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the 92win platform after notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any revised terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure and withdrawal of any outstanding balance.
